Jinx Lennon is the epitome of modern folk singer but influenced by Mark E Smith, Wu Tang Clan, Iggy instead of the Furey Bros.He recently released "National Cancer Strategy" and "Hungry Bastard Hibernia" albums two roller coaster rides through suburban tales of Irish life. New York's The Village Voice newspaper described Jinx an 'Irish talisman with quickfire verbal sorties' and John Meagher of the Irish Independent considers Jinx as a 'live show not to be missed'. Previously the subject of an Arts/Lives documentary "Noisemaker" on RTE TV and a regular playing the Leviathan tent in The Electric Picnic he toured Scotland in 2010/2011 converting new fans fervent to his cause and he wrote and produced a musical extravaganza in Galway Theatre Festival last year called "Man V Energy Vampire behold this S-S-Self Indulgence Gene ". Recently he performed a brilliant one hour set at Vantastival with guitar, sampler, and a movie projector and has just finished composing the soundtrack to upcoming movie "The Ballad of Honky Mc Swain" written by writer Pat Mc Cabe "The Butcher Boy (Frank Pig Says Hello)" and Welsh director Kevin Allen maker of "Twin Towns" starring Rhys Ifans.
